Many changes have occurred over the years, including the office of President being turned over from the founder, Bobby Eaton, to Weston Leibee in 2022. Embracing the founding principles of traditional family values and hard work, Weston currently leads the Liberty team. His commitment to continuing Liberty's legacy of being a faith-based company with a heart for people is seen through six-figure contributions to local charities each year, paid time off for employees to volunteer, and sponsorship of community events.
